Inner Alarm

                        God, when my inner alarm sounds,
                        help me to remember that your spirit
                        is guiding me into all truth
                        and protecting me from
                        what I am not able to handle.
                        Help me to trust your gift of
                        discernment for my protection
                        while with holding judgment about others.
